Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out internal audit commitments, assurance or internal audit consulting missions, in accordance with the regulations issued by the Chamber of Financial Auditors from Romania and with the regulations of the National Bank of Romania;
  • Preparation of Internal Audit Reports and communication of the results of the audit mission to the management of the audited structure;
  • Monitoring the implementation of the recommendations formulated by the Internal Audit
  • Reports
  • Reporting, as soon as possible, to the management of the Company and the Audit Committee, the cases in which irregularities or possible frauds were identified;
  • Evaluating the efficiency and adequacy of internal control in all areas of activity, including risk control and compliance areas; the results of these evaluations are reported to the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors;
  • Offering support to the Company’s managers in order to identify and assess risks both at the overall level of the Company and at all its organizational levels, so that all areas of activity are covered and to take into account, when necessary, the emergence of new activities, taking into account internal and external factors, according to the legal regulations in force;
  • Coordination of internal audit activities with those of other control functions, so as to ensure the proper functioning of internal controls and the performance of activities in efficient conditions
  • Communication with the financial auditor and external consultants;
  • Preparing, precisely and on time, the documents and/or reports requested by the Board of
  • Directors and/or the Audit Committee, corresponding to his professional competencies and related to his work

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Hold an active Internal Audit Practitioner designation
  • Possess 3 years of internal audit experience
  • Member of the Chamber of Financial Auditors from Romania.
  • Available to work part-time or full-time hybrid with 1-2 times/week in the office
