We are looking for an HCM Technical who will operate in Bucharest for our client who has 15+ years of experience with a presence in 40 countries working with Oracle Cloud customers, as a trusted Oracle partner globally for ERP, SCM, HCM, CX, and EPM solutions.

Requirements:

• Oracle Fusion HCM – Technical expertise in developing HCM Extracts for Payroll module, expertise in developing BI Reports.
• Must have working experience in Core HR and Payroll module.
• Knowledge in other modules like Absence Management, Compensation, or OTL will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of OTBI will be an added advantage.
• Experience: 3+ Years.
