We are looking for a Presales HCM Lead Europe full-time remote with Nordics languages for our client who has 15+ years of experience with a presence in 40 countries working with Oracle Cloud customers, as a trusted Oracle partner globally for ERP, SCM, HCM, CX, and EPM solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Should be able to work with sales and customers to pull together proposals
• Should be able to execute customer demonstrations
• Should show ease in communication and ready to go an extra mile to achieve customer and organizational objectives.
• Should work independently.

Requirements:

• Must have minimum 5+ yrs. of relevant experience on implementing HCM modules – Core HR, Absence Management ,Talent Suite, ORC ,Learn Management
• Should have strong customer facing experience – leading the customer ideally in a presales role
• Ideally a Cloud solution or enterprise architect or project manager (Oracle Cloud) experience
• Should have experience in Stake Holder Management and Customer Communication.
• Good understanding of HRMS Landscape (Core HR, Fast formula, PMS & Talent).
• Must have strong communication and presentation skills
• Ideally have a high-level understanding of ERP
• Should have a rounded knowledge of Cloud services and their uses
• Must be based in Europe with Language skills – Ideally Nordics languages
