We are looking for a Technical Consultant (Data Migration) – Oracle Fusion HCM who will operate in Bucharest for our client who has 15+ years of experience with a presence in 40 countries working with Oracle Cloud customers, as a trusted Oracle partner globally for ERP, SCM, HCM, CX, and EPM solutions.

Responsibilities:

• As a Technical Consultant, you will be a key player in the Data Migration team that helps in migrating Master data and transactional data. You will also support functional team and client in transformation phase of the project.
• Location – Bucharest hybrid or full-time remote for other cities in Romania

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

· At least 2 years of experience with IT.

Preferred:

• At least 2-4 years of experience with Oracle HCM applications Data Migration for modules like – GlobalHR, Payroll Management, Workforce Compensation, Talent Management, etc.
• SQL & Pl/SQL knowledge Must
• Good knowledge on HDL and HSDL
• Advance skill in MS Excel
• At least worked on 2-3 implementation projects including CoreHR, ORC, Talent Management, Payroll and Absence Migrations independently.
• Good Analytical and Communication skills
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
• Good to have BIP knowledge.
