Company mission:

  • Our client is digital product & CRM unit of one of largest IT company in Romania in hospitality market since 1994.
  • The company has been co-founded in 2011 by one of the IT leaders in hospitality industry in Romania that is Gold Oracle Partner and implementing Oracle Hospitality and their own product for branding and stock management.
  • The unit has 15 team members, while as the whole group has more than 60  employees.
  • They are looking for a FrontEnd Developer willing to work for following projects:
    1. a responsive e-commerce website and a web application for placing food orders for Kiosk.
    2. a mobile application for iOS/Android wrote in a framework based on JavaScript Vanilla.
    Some of the projects developed so far got them over 400.000 downloads:
    – OUT4FOOD, mobile application for fidelity cards for City Grill.
    – e-commerce website and mobile application for Pizza Hut Delivery
    – mobile application Henri AppPort and an application for Burger King Hungary.

Duties & accountabilities:

  • Active participation in the Agile delivery process and Daily SCRUM meeting
  •  Implementing front-end functionality for:
  • placement and management of food orders with delivery or lifting of restaurants
  • loyalty features (vouchers, accumulation or spot consumption, buy and buy points, leader boards and gamified functionality)
  • user authentication, profile management
  •  Run the tests before passing on acceptance / testing with the user
  • Repairing bugs resulting from system testing or user testing, optimizing the code for performance issues

  Education and experience:

  • Vue.JS
  • HTML/ CSS
  • PHP / MySQL minimal
  • 3-5 years experience in Javascript with Customer-Facing assets
