Responsibilities:

• In this function you will support our client’s software teams working in an agile LeSS environment in the field of ADAS and Autonomous Driving development.
• Due to their cross-competency style of working, our client is looking for a Functional Safety Expert who leads the process implementation while using ISO26262 and Automotive SPICE
• Support the execution of a product’s or project‘s safety lifecycle to implement ISO26262 specific processes
• Align and contribute to customer expectations for functional safety related development activities while participating in customer reviews
• Tailoring of our software development processes according to ASPICE and functional safety standards for ADAS development including algorithms, sensors, actuators and platform
• Develop and implement functional safety concept, perform HARA, FTA and FMEA analysis on platform and SW subsystem level
• Manage the development of ISO26262 compliant safety cases as well as planning, tracking and reporting the required activities during the safety life cycle

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in SW development in embedded system using Linux, QNX and AUTOSAR preferably Adaptive AUTOSAR
• Experience in automotive and functional safety standards (ASPICE, IEC 61508, ISO26262)
• Experience in quality audits
• Diploma / Master in engineering, electrical, computer science, instrumentation or mechatronics
• Knowledge of SOTIF and embedded security
• Committed and reliable team player with an independent and precise way of working
• Practical experience with various platforms and libraries like Boost, OpenCV & ROS applications is an advantage
• 3+ yrs exp in embedded system SW development using Linux, QNX and AUTOSAR
• Experience in ASPICE, IEC 61508, ISO2626
• Experience in quality audits
• Degree in engineering, electrical, computer science, instrumentation or mechatronics
• Knowledge of SOTIF and embedded security
• Fluent in English
