We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager with a customer-centric mindset and hands-on experience in the construction industry. You’ll be responsible for customer onboarding, ongoing support, and driving customer success for the products and features.

Our client develops an innovative software product that helps manufacturing companies to construct small apartments in a factory as modules that plug-in into each other and ship them to another place to put together in one building.

This helps to solve the housing crisis in large US cities where on-site construction would take a few years.

Did you know? A large construction site may have 30,000 documents drafted. They are hard to analyze which slows down the building construction. 

The technology developed by our client helps workers optimize their work by helping them identify the ONE most important document they need at a time. Plus, the worker can easily order supply to build the construction module like a puzzle.

Your understanding of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry will enable you to offer tailored solutions and high-quality experiences to our customers.

Some of the ways you drive impact:

  • Serve as the go-to authority for customers, guiding them through their journey.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular check-ins, training sessions, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to relay customer needs and contribute to product improvement.
  • Use analytics and customer interaction data to drive strategies for customer success and retention.
  • Conduct customer training webinars, write help articles, and maintain the FAQ section to improve the customer experience.
  • Foster and build a community of satisfied customers who can act as brand ambassadors.

Requirements

Must-haves:

  • Experience with prefab (prefabricated construction)
  • 3+ years in customer success or related roles within enterprise environments
  • Deep understanding of the needs and challenges specific to AEC users (Architecture, Engineering, Construction)
  • Experience in analyzing customer data to drive success strategies
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
