We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled DataBricks Project Manager to lead our projects.

Leverage your deep technical expertise in DataBricks to provide guidance and direction in the development and implementation of data solutions.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data engineering, analytics, and cloud technologies to ensure our projects remain at the forefront of innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards according the customer methodologic
  • Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and promptly address any issues to keep projects on track.

Team Leadership:

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of data engineers and analysts.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging continuous learning and skill development among team members.

Client Interaction:

  • Act as the main point of contact between the project team and clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives and requirements.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for additional value.

Solution Architecture:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust technological solutions using DataBricks.
  • Drive the development of scalable and efficient data pipelines and analytics processes.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement best practices for quality assurance and testing to ensure the reliability and accuracy of data solutions.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on DataBricks projects.
  • Strong technical background in data engineering, cloud computing, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in solution architecture and the ability to contribute to technical discussions.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
