Our client is a growing SME based in Belgium and Bosnia-Herzegovina and  supply tooling  equipment  all over  Europe, USA, and  Latin  America. In collaboration with customers, they design and develop prototypes and after approval, produce the serial lots and assist customers up until the start of production.

As a Technical Management Coordinator, you will directly assist the Management Team. You will enjoy great responsibility, exchange with all other functions across the company, and will have to manage daily operations. You will have an all-round job, where you will source different types of manufactured parts, place orders at suppliers, manage QC Teams, and coordinate between Logistics and the Engineering Team. You’ll report directly to the Director. You will keep customers up to date on the status of their projects and be in the first line to help them out with their requests. You’ll represent the Management team and must be an all-round problem-solver.

Responsibilities

  • Supervision of projects/coordination between all different functions across the company
  • Assuring that all deadlines are being met and handling all customer requests about new or running projects. Being able to understand and explain technical matters to suppliers and customers.
  • Estimate and compare prices in production
  • Sourcing of projects at different suppliers, technical and cost comparisons of offers
  • Assisting the Management Team in daily operations
  • Improving operational efficiency and excellence
  • NOT responsible for people as a direct manager

Requirements

Must Have’s:

  1. Mechanical Engineering background — diploma required
  2. 3-7 years of work experience in any engineering industry
  3. Experience in production (i.e. estimate pricing from suppliers)
  4. Fluent in technical English

Nice To Have’s:

  1. French and/or Dutch
  2. Passionate about operational efficiency / financial analysis

  • Bosnia => office in Mostar
  • Croatia => Partial commute could be OK (2-3 days / week)
