We are looking for a Time Management by Kronos/Application Management Support for our customer.

Responsibilities

• You will take part in the roll-out project
• You will capture and translate business needs into functional specifications
• You will provide consulting advice to customers on HCM processes in SAP

Requirements

• Self-driven, results-oriented, and someone who takes ownership. High external and internal service orientation, initiative, creativity, diligence, accuracy and social skills.
• Must have solid interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver solutions
• Kronos certification or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification or special training in the relevant functional area will be an advantage
• 4 years, at least 1 full cycle SAP SuccessFactors Time Management by Kronos implementation is mandatory
• Upper-intermediate English – writing, reading, and speaking
