Would you like to start working for a US-based company fully remote from the Czech Republic?

Our client, based in the US, is a rapidly growing boutique private equity and business services firm. They specialize in working directly with business owners and entrepreneurs to assist with all aspects of early-stage growth. Their portfolio comprises businesses within a variety of industries, including consumer products, influencer management, and software. They are a largely virtual team with locations in the US.

Daily procedure will include working directly with co-founders, managers, brands, and clients. That means they need clever, talented people with a good sense of humor and awesome communication skills.

We are looking for a Shopify Web Developer to work remotely from Europe, ideally Czech Republic, Slovakia, or Poland.

Requirements

Must Haves:

  • Ability to build and manage websites on multiple platforms and content management systems, including Shopify or WordPress
  • Expert level of proficiency in website languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with Zapier

Nice-To-Haves:

  • Experience with the Shopify Liquid framework
  • Experience with GA4
  • Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn tracking pixels
  • Google Search Console

Required Soft Skills

  • Takes initiative and works to move a project forward even when stakeholders may not be available
  • Work in a team environment
  • Problem-solving, excited to tackle new problems

Self-Assessment Screening Questions:

  • Do you have 2-3 years of hands-on experience with any of the major content management systems?
  • Have you created more than 4-5 websites?
  • Have you set up marketing pixels and conversion events on websites and landing pages?
  • Have you worked with Zapier to automate tasks?
  • Are you based in Central Europe?
