Job Purpose:
The role holder is responsible for being under the direction and leadership of the Nursing Service Manager responsible for the day-to-day management of the unit / department according to established policies, procedures and standards of nursing practice.

Reporting To: Nursing Service Manager
Department of placement: ER & Critical Areas (like ICU, NICU, PICU, CICU, CCU, Critical Care).

Education & Experience Requirements:
Essential:
• Registered Nurse with a current Nursing license
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Master Degree in Nursing / Clinical Management or simply in management, or in any Nursing Science discipline will be a plus but not required
• Minimum three plus (3 +) years clinical experience as a head nurse at least in an acute care setting in Emergency Room & Critical Areas (ICU, NICU, PICU, CCU, Critical Care) where at least the candidate used to manage large flow of staff under her.
• Otherwise in general, more than ten (10 +) years of clinical experience straight as a regular registered nurse along the bed side in the above mentioned (relevant) departments / Critical Areas
• English Language Skills: Level l-Skilled
• Computer Skills: Expert will be a plus otherwise intermediate

Package:
• Salary: SAR 16,000 – 29,000 i.e. (US$ 4,260 – USD 7,800) net per month
• Single apartment / shared apartment
• Housing Provided = 700SAR i.e. (USD 185) If live outside MG Housing
• Indicial and returned Travel for employee only
• Eligible dependents: None
• Health Insurance including dental & optical provided to the employee and eligible / authorized dependents
• 2-years initial contract with 90 days probation
• Vacations: 25 days + 10 public holidays
• All other benefits according to the above-mentioned description
