We are looking on behalf of its client, one of the top software development companies in the transport industry, for a experienced and motivated Helpdesk Specialist L1 & L2.

Location: Bucharest, near Nicoale Teclu subway station.

Summary objective of the job:

Responsibilities:

  • Answering the calls (telephone and e-mail) of the users regarding technical problems recording the calls taken in the CRM
  • Identifying and providing technical assistance to remote users.
  • Escalation to the development department of problems that could not be solved.
  • Provides technical support for the implementation of new software versions / functionalities.
  • Monitoring compliance with the contractual terms with the clients regarding the requested interventions.
  • Testing together with the user the solution of the client’s requests and their closing in the CRM.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Previous experience in a technical support department – minimum 1 year
  • Customer friendliness and communication skills
  • Rapid adaptability to new and unforeseen situations
  • Perseverance and analytical spirit
  • Average knowledge of SQL server usage, T-SQL and databases.
  • Ability to assimilate software and networking applications
  • Experience in team work
  • Knowledge of other ERP systems is an advantage
  • Economic knowledge is an advantage
