As a Data Analyst, you translate business wishes into data-driven, analytical applications; you are involved in data preparation and visualization in interactive dashboards. Your tools and data analyses (dashboards) are not only used internally but also by thousands of external users (NVM brokers and appraisers). You work closely with your colleagues within the data team to structure and access the data in the right way. Your process, analyze and conduct research with the data to provide insight into the functioning of the real estate market so that it can be included in our research and publications.
Requirements:
Our ideal candidate has a great passion for data and enjoys converting large data files into valuable information. You are able to present information in a visually attractive way in analytical tools.
In this position, you are responsible for:
• Developing and maintaining various market information and KPI dashboards and analytical applications for brokers and valuations;
• Data exploration, processing, enrichment, access to data, and insights from it;
• Conducting research for quantitative and qualitative research publications with a focus on commercial real estate;
• You think along and steer on data management and data quality.
SALARY PACKAGE
- €51.840 – €62.208
- Holiday allowance: 8%
