Join our customer’s award-winning massage spa in Greece, where relaxation meets excellence. We are preparing for an exciting 2026 season and are looking for passionate and professional Massage Therapists to join our customer wellness team. Their mission is to deliver exceptional guest experiences through expert care, personalized treatments, and genuine hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a wide range of massage treatments (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Sports, Reflexology, Hot Stone, etc.) in accordance with spa standards.
  • Deliver personalized wellness experiences, ensuring each guest feels relaxed, rejuvenated, and cared for.
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism, and customer service.
  • Consult with clients to determine individual needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
  • Promote spa services and wellness products when appropriate.
  • Support overall spa operations, including room setup, cleanliness, and guest scheduling.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Certified Massage Therapist (national or internationally recognized qualification).
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a spa, resort, or wellness center (luxury experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages such as French, German, Spanish or Italian are an advantage).
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and passion for wellness and hospitality.
