Profile:

• Manage the migrations scheduled for each wave
• Coordinate with application teams, infrastructure teams to prepare the detailed implementation plan
• Sending the communications during the migration events
• Create the change requests as per ASDA’s change management process guidelines
• Representing the change advisory board to get the changes approved
• Coordinating with change approvers to get the changes approved
• Reporting the issues, risks to project manager
• Coordinate with application, infrastructure and testing teams during the migration event
• Escalating the issues as per the defined escalation matrix
• Track the Hypercare.
