As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll lead the execution of complex software initiatives while partnering closely with Engineering, Product, Design, QA, DevOps, and executive leadership.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Lead end-to-end software delivery from concept to production
  • Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams across multiple time zones
  • Own project planning, execution, roadmaps, and release schedules
  • Remove technical and organisational blockers
  • Drive Agile delivery and continuous process improvement
  • Improve engineering productivity and delivery efficiency
  • Partner with senior leadership to define priorities and resource allocation
  • Ensure clear communication across globally distributed teams

Required:

  • 10+ years of professional experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
  • 2+ years working with Web3, Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, or Digital Assets
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional software development teams
  • Strong Agile/Scrum expertise
  • Experience delivering large-scale software products from planning through launch
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with fully remote international teams

Nice to Have

  • Social media or community platform experience
  • SaaS product background
  • AI-enabled product experience
  • PMP (or equivalent) certification
  • Experience leading engineering organizations of 20+ people
  • Startup or high-growth scale-up experience

Our offer

  • USD $170,000–220,000 Base Salary
  • Performance Bonus

🇪🇺 Europe

  • EUR €110,000–160,000
