Our client is building a next-generation social platform that empowers creators, developers, entrepreneurs, and global communities through transparency, collaboration, and decentralized innovation.

As the engineering organization scales, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to help drive Agile excellence across globally distributed engineering teams. This is an opportunity to make a real impact on product delivery, engineering culture, and the growth of a cutting-edge technology company.

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies across engineering teams
  • Coach teams, Product Owners, and Engineering Managers on Agile best practices
  • Remove delivery blockers and improve execution
  • Drive sprint planning, estimation, and predictable delivery
  • Champion continuous improvement and Agile maturity
  • Monitor delivery metrics and optimize team performance
  • Improve collaboration across Engineering, Product, QA, and DevOps
  • Support engineering leadership in scaling Agile processes across multiple teams
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning

Required qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional experience
  • 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting software engineering teams
  • At least 1 year of hands-on software engineering experience
  • At least 1 year working on Web3, Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, or Digital Asset products
  • Deep expertise in Scrum, Agile delivery, and servant leadership
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies for globally distributed teams
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools

Nice to Have

  • PSM, CSM, or equivalent Scrum certification
  • Experience supporting multiple Agile teams simultaneously
  • Startup or scale-up experience
  • SaaS, AI, or platform product background
  • Experience coaching Product Owners and Engineering Managers

  • USD $145,000–185,000 Base Salary

  • EUR €95,000–135,000 Base Salary
