Role Overview:

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for fire and security solutions?

We are looking to recruit an experienced East Midlands based Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that values strong customer relationships, technical excellence, and team collaboration.

As a Sales Consultant, you will:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively generate leads through warm and cold calls, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct site surveys and prepare tailored proposals and quotations
  • Deliver professional sales presentations and demonstrate how our solutions meet client needs
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking via CRM software
  • Follow up on completed work to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up to date with market trends, industry standards, and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team and management to support company goals

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar role within the fire and security industry, with a history of achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge: System design understanding is essential, with awareness of Hikvision, Paxton, Advanced, Pyronix, and Galaxy products

Skills:

  • Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and account management abilities
  • Location: Based in the East Midlands, with flexibility to travel to client sites
  • Attitude: Confident, proactive, and customer-focused, with a passion for providing the right solution

Other: Full UK driving licence required
