We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) – German Speaker to join our team in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will provide timely, accurate, and professional customer service via phone, ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction. The primary objective is to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively during the first contact.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
✔ Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and achieve satisfaction.
✔ Build and maintain relationships of trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
✔ Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools.
✔ Meet service targets, including response time, resolution rates, and case-handling quotas.
✔ Document and update customer interactions, process customer accounts, and maintain records.
✔ Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure service consistency.

Requirements & Qualifications:

🔹 Native / Near-native proficiency in German (spoken & written).
🔹 Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellent service.
🔹 Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to adapt to different customer personalities.
🔹 Experience in customer support or a similar client service role is a plus.
🔹 Proficiency in PC handling and MS Office tools.
🔹 Quick comprehension skills and the ability to learn new systems/processes efficiently.
🔹 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
🔹 Team player with a collaborative attitude.
🔹 Willingness to work exclusively on this project.
