We’re looking for a Microsoft Support Specialist to join Cloud Services Support Team, assisting corporate clients with business-critical technical issues. The customer is a global leader in technology and services, powering the brands of the future in over 70 countries.
What will you do?
✅ Handle technical requests from business clients via outbound calls, ticketing systems, and remote sessions.
✅ Analyze and troubleshoot service performance issues.
✅ Prioritize cases based on client needs.
✅ Provide solutions following established procedures.
✅ Focus on delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction.
✅ Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality support.
Requirements:
🔹 Fluent in Czech and English (advanced level).
🔹 Technical experience or relevant education in IT.
🔹 Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Ability to identify and understand client needs.
🔹 Capable of presenting complex technical information in a simple way.
🔹 Interested in specializing in various Microsoft services.
🔹 Motivated for a new and exciting challenge.
