We are partnering with a leading global marketplace for refurbished devices with a rigorous evaluation process that ensures that only top-tier refurbishers can sell on our platform, guaranteeing quality and reliability.
As a Customer Support Representative with German or French or Dutch in Braga on-site, you will play a key role in delivering warm, professional, and efficient service to our customers. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and uphold exceptional service standards to maintain high customer satisfaction—all while enjoying a dynamic and rewarding work environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or email in the after-sales process by answering inquiries regarding reservations and attending to potential requests.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
Requirements:
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in the required language(s), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer support.

- For French language: Permanent Contract (3 months trial), WFH – 6 months

- Working hours: Monday to Saturday: 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM (Rotational shifts), 2 days off: Sunday and 1 rotational day
