We are looking for a customer for B2B Sales representatives (SMBs) in one of the languages: Arabic, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Polish, Russian,
Spanish, Turkish.
Responsibilities:
In this role you are responsible for selling, upselling, and retention and renewal via email and phone (outbound) by source, contact and engage both prospective and existing clients.
The main goal is establishing a pipeline of leads (as opposed to closing the actual deals) and to achieve their goals reps analyze business needs, propose solutions
and educate clients on Cloud products and upgrades.
If small technical setup issues arise, they will either troubleshoot them or escalate them to the relevant teams.
Requirements:
- Language level support language: C1, native preferred, if not native
certified - English level (training & resources): C1, Business English
- Experience required: yes, 1 years proven in B2B sales and preferably
experience as user with Google products or Cloud Software and CRM
systems - Competencies & Skills:

Specific feature:
- On-site work
- HOOPS Mon-Friday 09:00 – 18:00 following target markets (=
- not Greek time)
- Extensive Onboarding process, to be finished training date -/-4 working days
- Training 3 weeks (IT, Cloud products, Sales)
- Nesting 1 week
