Responsibilities:

  • MS Cloud Sales Advocates are the first point of contact for business customers and prospective customers across industries, company sizes and types.
  • Support for this new project takes place through phone and messaging (chat)
  • Determining and identifying opportunities to fullfill their needs with cloud technologies.
  • Informing prospects on available technology and solutions
  • Generating leads and revenue
  • Selling directly to customers who are ready to buy.
  • Building long-term customer relationship
  • It is a role that combines technological know-how with B2B sales.

Requirements:

  • Language level support language: C1, native
  • English level (training, CRM): B2
  • Experience required: no, preferred proven experience in B2B sales within IT.
  • Significantly advanced oral and written communication skills
  • Significantly advanced Customer Oriented
  • Significantly advanced PC knowledge:
  • Advanced usage of OS MS Windows
  • Advanced usage of MS Office
  • Typing speed ≥ 55 wpm
  • Technology lover, solid knowledge of MS products, solutions and primary competitors, with cultural knowledge of the selling market
  • Understanding of CRM/ Sales tools
