We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our growing team.

Requirements

✅ Must-Have Skills:

  • 4+ years of professional ML experience in startups or enterprise settings
  • 6+ months of hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI applications
  • Proven client delivery experience
  • Strong English communication skills (C1/C2 level)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Proficiency in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn)
  • Hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and monitoring ML models
  • Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture
  • Strong OOP principles and unit test-driven development
  • Advanced knowledge of NLP techniques and applications
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✅ Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in agent development, fine-tuning LLMs, and MLOps
  • Knowledge of data privacy, model decay, and data drift detection
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform, Pulumi, or Cloud SDKs
  • Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) optimization and vector databases
  • Expertise in PySpark, quantization, and AI security best practices

Key Responsibilities

🔹 AI Development & Research:

  • Contribute to the Mechanized AI platform and AI-enabled products, including mAI Modernize
  • Design and develop ML systems, algorithms, and tools
  • Implement LLMs, GenAI models, and NLP-based solutions
  • Perform statistical analysis, model fine-tuning, and retraining

🔹 Client Engagement & Solution Delivery:

  • Serve as an ML Subject Matter Expert (SME) on client projects
  • Collaborate with teams to deploy AI-driven solutions
  • Optimize data representation, AI model selection, and testing frameworks

🔹 Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

  • Extend and enhance existing ML libraries and frameworks
  • Stay updated on emerging ML trends, best practices, and AI technologies
  • Conduct performance tests and AI model evaluations
