Responsibilities:

  •  High-level language analysis in an industrial environment to accomplish efficiency gains
  • Conception, creation and implementation of customer solutions, using innovative methods and technologies
  • Forecasting of production events and predictive maintenance to spot problems early on, using machine learning
  • Extensive cooperation with other tech teams (internal and external) to implement modern big data platforms and machine learning algorithms
  • Shared responsibility for the successful completion of customer projects

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed technical  / university degree in computer science, higher mathematics or equivalent
  • Several years of proven, professional experience in Big data and machine learning
  • Deep knowledge in Python and R – other programming skills are beneficial
  • Strong skills in communicating complex IT content to partners with deep understanding of the field
  • Extensive data warehousing experience is conducive
  • Global willingness to travel to implement local customer solutions
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English, further knowledge of German and other languages is a plus, but not major requirement
