Requirements

✅ Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in test automation & framework development
  • Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver IO, Cypress, or Playwright
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (preferred), Java, Python, or C#
  • Experience in API testing with Postman
  • Knowledge of React-based applications testing
  • Familiarity with mobile testing across various platforms
  • Understanding of performance testing tools like JMeter
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

✅ Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience implementing DevOps practices
  • Exposure to non-relational database technologies
  • Knowledge of the .NET platform

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop automation strategies, design testing frameworks, and enhance overall product quality.

🔹 Automation & Testing:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust & scalable test automation frameworks
  • Execute automated test cases to validate web & mobile applications
  • Implement best practices for test automation, API testing, and performance testing

🔹 Collaboration & Quality Assurance:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to define test automation requirements
  • Identify and resolve defects & performance issues
  • Advocate for quality-first practices and foster continuous improvement

🔹 Mentorship & Release Management:

  • Provide guidance & mentorship to junior team members
  • Take ownership of release management to ensure top-tier product quality
  • Stay updated with latest automation trends & technologies
