Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in technology-related roles (support, DevOps, SRE preferred).
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure.
  • Foundational knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrencies with a strong desire to work in this field.
  • Proactive, independent, and eager to learn.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to think quickly under pressure.
  • Experience in incident and problem management is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Own incident and problem management tickets related to technical service availability and quality.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for incident response.
  • Investigate reported issues and assess their impact on service quality.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accountability in resolving issues.
  • Manage incidents and problems from third-party providers by coordinating with their support teams.
  • Prepare comprehensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation.
  • Create actionable tickets based on RCA findings to drive continuous improvement.
  • Track key performance indicators for incident and problem management.
