Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in technology-related roles (support, DevOps, SRE preferred).
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure.
- Foundational knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrencies with a strong desire to work in this field.
- Proactive, independent, and eager to learn.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to think quickly under pressure.
- Experience in incident and problem management is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Own incident and problem management tickets related to technical service availability and quality.
- Participate in on-call rotations for incident response.
- Investigate reported issues and assess their impact on service quality.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accountability in resolving issues.
- Manage incidents and problems from third-party providers by coordinating with their support teams.
- Prepare comprehensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation.
- Create actionable tickets based on RCA findings to drive continuous improvement.
- Track key performance indicators for incident and problem management.
