We are looking for an experienced and energetic Frontend Chapter Lead to join our
Product & Engineering team in Berlin. you will have the unique opportunity to help change the way Exporters and Importers are doing business around the world by providing unparalleled technical tools and services.

Responsibilities:
● Grow and manage the Chapter of JavaScript Frontend Engineers, helping
them to become self-organized, agile, and autonomous
● Provide guidance for the Squads with regards to major architectural questions
● Define objectives and support every Engineer of your Chapter in achieving
them
● Coach and mentor the Engineers in your Chapter by providing regular
feedback
● Establish a vital Engineering culture
● Cultivate tools, best practices, and standards for JavaScript coding
● Team up with other Chapter Leads and Senior Product Leadership
● Be part of the overall Senior Leadership Team for our Product & Engineering organization

Requirements:
● You are a Senior JavaScript professional with at least 4 years of experience in a
technical Leadership role (such as Chapter Lead, Engineering Manager, Team
Leader or Lead Architect)
● In your previous roles, you have developed and demonstrated your dedication
for best-in-class web applications using JavaScript technologies
● You are proficient in React.js, TypeScript, Redux, and related technologies
● You lead in an emphatic and inspirational way that is respected by the team
● You have strong communication and relationship management skills as the
Chapter spans various Squads
● You are an effective problem solver and are eager to take decisions
● You have a strong business sense

● You possess an eagerness to work in a fast-paced, fault-tolerant, agile environment
with cross-functional teams
● You are fluent in English (German is a plus)
