We are looking for our client for a Sales Manager/Business Development Manager full-time remote in Berlin.

What we are looking for:

  • Completed training or degree
  • At least 3 – 4 years of experience in the recruiting industry in the sales area
  • Strong skills and abilities in farming or hunting
  • Hubspot knowledge is a plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A high degree of initiative, independence, and stress resistance
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Availability for full-time employment (40 hrs/week)

Responsibilities:

  • Our Business Development team plays a central role in the company’s sustainable growth.
  • As a sales manager, you are responsible for the area of new customer acquisition and the associated 180° sales cycle.
  • Working closely with our Sales Development Representatives, you will be responsible for building and expanding our new customer base.
  • Telephone acquisition and direct contact are an important part of your area of responsibility. In addition to lead qualification, you are responsible for web sessions or product demonstrations at the customer’s site.
  • In addition, with your specialist knowledge, you will take over the contract negotiations with the customer and land great deals! You will also play a key role in the strategic further development of our SaaS.
