To support our team we are looking for a (Senior) UX Designer (m/f/d).

The preferred working location is Berlin. Alternatively, you can also work from our offices in Cologne, Hamburg, Frankfurt or Munich. We are currently working up to 100% remote regardless of the current situation! 

Responsibilities:

• You support our customers in achieving their goals by bringing together business requirements and user needs in a sustainable way.
• In doing so, your focus is on advising our customers: strategically as well as conceptually
• You create innovative user-centric concepts for digital products such as platforms, websites, apps, or individual services.
• You always work together and are interdisciplinary on the basis of insights and data.
• You translate goals and requirements into coherent concepts based on personas, customer journeys, and use cases
• You develop wireframes and prototypes and work together with your colleagues in agile customer teams
• You develop and moderate workshops and customer presentations and conduct user research methods (interviews, user tests, card sortings, etc.)
• You are a mentor for colleagues and co-responsible for the further development of the UX team

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience in user research, UX strategy, and UX design, 
• Passion for designing digital applications, products, and services in agile projects
• Modern thinking regarding business and user needs, target group requirements, and a holistic user experience
• Impulse generator for current user experience trends
• Team player with the ability to inspire and engage people
• A lot of empathy and very good presentation and moderation skills
• Good German and English skills
