Responsibilities:
• Estimate, plan and keep track of projects
• Activities and resource planning
• Develop detail schedule
• Management of risks and issues
• Coordinate activities on various projects
• Participate in quotation phases for different projects
• Provide technical support for other colleagues
• Coaching and mentoring
• Flexibility to switch between multiple projects
• Process and detail focused while managing different project priorities
• Detail oriented with a deep understanding of engineering best practices
• Teamwork, assertive communication skills, work under pressure, coordinate activities and multitasking skills.

Your technical background:
• Bachelor degree in IT or engineering sciences with experience in the field (SW Architect with Autosar)
• Programming skills: Embedded C
• Good knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, CAN-FD, Ethernet)
• Thorough understanding of Autosar Standards (4.2.x, 4.3.x), experienced with Autosar toolchains
• Good knowledge of MISRA C rules
• Experience with UDS protocol / Bootloader / OEM Specific is a plus
• Optional: C++, Linux
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• Adaptive Autosar knowledge is a plus
• Experience with MicroControllers ( Assembler introductory knowledge)
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• Organized and analytical approach to problem solving
• Team oriented as well as independent and autonomous operation with “hands-on” mentality, open to mentoring
