The opportunity

As a Software Engineer, you will work directly with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers to deploy, optimize, and scale enterprise-grade AI solutions. This is a highly technical, hands-on role where you’ll tackle real-world challenges involving distributed systems, healthcare integrations, low-latency communications, and AI-powered applications.

What You’ll be working on

  • AI-driven patient communication and triage systems
  • Agent orchestration platforms and intelligent workflow automation
  • Secure healthcare data infrastructure and integrations
  • Low-latency voice and video technologies
  • Large-scale distributed systems serving critical healthcare operations
  • Enterprise deployments across healthcare organizations

What We’re looking for:

  • Experience designing, deploying, and improving enterprise-grade software systems
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Python (preferred), with openness to engineers experienced in Go, Rust, TypeScript, or other modern languages
  • Experience with distributed systems, scalable architectures, and enterprise integrations
  • Passion for building technology that solves meaningful real-world problems

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Salary: €100,000 – €150,000
