We are seeking a strategic and empathetic Team Lead Front end React Developer to lead a high-performing frontend team. This role combines technical leadership with design sensibility, focusing on building scalable UI architectures, establishing design systems, and mentoring developers. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in frontend development, including 3+ years of leading engineering teams, with deep expertise in React and modern design practices. The position emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and a people-first approach to driving product excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, fostering autonomy and growth
  • Architect and maintain complex SPAs using React and TypeScript
  • Oversee design system development with Storybook, Figma, and Tailwind CSS
  • Drive performance optimization through lazy loading, code splitting, and bundle analysis
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design teams
  • Implement robust testing strategies using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress

Tech Stack:

  • Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript
  • Design Systems: Storybook, Figma, Tailwind CSS
  • Dev Tools: Git, Webpack, Vite
  • Testing: Jest, RTL, Cypress

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of React frontend development experience
  • 2+ years leading teams of 3+ developers
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be fluent in English
