We are looking for an Oracle HCM Business Analyst for our HR system implementation operation.

  • The company is running now EBS V11.5.10 and is implementing Oracle Cloud.

Responsibilities:

Working with a variety of external customers and managing end-to-end implementation
activities.
● Understanding customers’ business requirements, creative thinking, and tailoring
solutions according to customers’ needs.
● Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously and work in a multitasking
environment.

Requirements:

● Additional HCM experienced consultant/implementer/business analyst
● Experience of a minimum of 3 years in analyzing and implementing information systems.
● Understanding of HR business processes and implementation of HR systems is an
advantage
● Experience working in a global environment and a high level of English.

● Self-learning abilities, work independently in an intensive environment.

● It will be great if you have experience – in order of preference from great to good
enough:

  1. Implementation of other HCM systems (– SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle EBS HR,
    SAP HR
  2. Implementation of other Oracle/SAP modules – Oracle finance, logistics…
  3. Implementation of other systems – any system – at least 3 years of experience. Working with customers, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and implementing solutions in the system
