We are looking for an SAP Analytics Cloud Planning and Technical Consultant fully remote B2B who will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing SAP Analytics Cloud solutions and best practices.

This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and the IT Development Team to understand planning requirements, supporting SAC planning, and ensuring the technical aspects of the system are well-managed.

The main activity will be related to SAC Planning.

The Enterprise program is a significant transformation initiative for the customer. It involves implementing consistent, industry-standard business processes supported by integrated systems (SAP-based enterprise solutions) across company sites worldwide. This large-scale, global program will be implemented in the coming years in over 60 countries and 70 plants!

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements for planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Following the design of planning solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud Planning capabilities
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP Analytics Cloud planning
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks and data integrity issues

Collaboration:

  • Define Best Practices for all planning projects and follow they are applied
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business analysts, to deliver integrated planning solutions
  • Engage in knowledge sharing for team members

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field

Experience:

  • Proven experience as an SAP Analytics Cloud Planning and Technical Consultant or in a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, particularly in planning

Skills:

  • Very good understanding of financial planning concepts and processes
  • Proficient in SAP Analytics Cloud planning capabilities and technical configurations
  • Strong knowledge in development in SAP Analytics Cloud planning, including data models, stories, and functions (Data Action and formula…)
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) for custom calculations
  • Familiar with SAC Security based on roles or Teams

Communication:

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • SAP Analytics Cloud certification, especially in planning, is highly desirable
