We are looking an SAP BW Team Lead with Databricks for an Israeli multinational pharmaceutical company.

The Customer’s Enterprise Program is a significant transformation initiative for the customer. It involves implementing consistent, industry-standard business processes supported by integrated systems (SAP-based enterprise solutions) across customer sites worldwide. This large-scale, global program will be implemented in the coming years in over 60 countries and 70 plants!

Responsibilities

  • Work as a team leader for the SAP BW team that will work on a new project.
  • Analyze the new business requirements for data entry and reporting, propose technical decisions, and implement them.
  • Provide support for implemented BW functionality and business users

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or other relevant fields.
  • Proven expertise in team building and leading teams.
  • Practical expertise in BW team management
  • Practical experience in managing issues, scope, and quality while bringing projects to successful completion.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and someone who takes ownership. High external and internal service orientation, initiative, creativity, diligence, and social skills.
  • Must have solid interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver solutions.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in SAP BW on HANA or SAP BW/4 HANA
  • Minimum of 2 relevant project experience with full implementation cycle and support
  • Hands-on practical expertise in projects with Databricks platform solutions implementation is mandatory,
  • Experience with business analysis, able to discuss issues and new requirements with business users.
  • Proven experience providing technical solutions to business needs.
  • Extensive knowledge of data modeling
  • Extensive hands-on experience in SAP BW and HANA modeling
  • Experience with SLT, SDI, SQL
  • Experience with BI tools SAP BOBJ / Analysis for Office and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Databricks
  • Team player, pleasant and communicative person
