It involves implementing consistent, industry-standard business processes supported by integrated systems (SAP-based enterprise solutions) across customer sites worldwide. Responsibilities

As an SAP EH&S Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EH&S modules for our pharmaceutical company.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that EH&S processes are integrated seamlessly into our existing SAP landscape.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP EH&S functionalities, pharmaceutical industry regulations, and best practices.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand EH&S requirements specific to the pharmaceutical industry.

Conduct a thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.

SAP EH&S Implementation:

  • Lead the design and configuration of SAP EH&S modules to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for system integration and customization.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure that SAP EH&S implementation aligns with pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards.
  • Stay current on industry trends and changes in EH&S regulations.

Training and Documentation:

  • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

  • Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of SAP EH&S modules.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to address and resolve issues identified during testing.

Post-Implementation Support:

  • Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing issues, and ensuring system stability.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize EH&S processes

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 – 6 years of SAP EH&S configuration experience
  • Design, configuration, and testing of core EH&S modules
  • Functional experience in manufacturing organizations.
  • Preference – integration to 3rd party systems
  • Preference – experience in EH&S
  • Pharmaceutical experience – preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration)
  • Proven experience as an SAP EH&S Consultant with a focus on pharmaceutical industry implementations
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP EH&S modules, including Incident Management, Occupational Health, and Product Safety
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
