Project Description

The customer is an Israeli multinational pharmaceutical company.

The Enterprise program is a significant transformation initiative for the customer. It involves implementing consistent, industry-standard business processes supported by integrated systems (SAP-based enterprise solutions) across company sites worldwide. This large-scale, global program implementing in over 60 countries and 70 plants.

Responsibilities

Expertise covering all key processes and functional elements within an area of Plant maintenance track of the application lifecycle (design, implementation, configuration, quality assurance, application support, enhancement). 

Responsible for maximizing the adoption of the Global template at the country level and accessing and select business critical gaps to be submitted to the approval process

  • You will provide consulting support to customers on Plant Maintenance/Enterprise Asset Management processes in SAP
  • You will capture and translate business needs into functional specifications
  • You will be assisting in the testing process to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation, or user’s lack of experience
  • Support daily operations.
  • Independent managing of tasks and work packages.
  • Business Blueprint and Impact analysis per site\market
  • Issue resolution with the business and propose a solution
  • Solution preview (standalone and Integrated E2E)
  • WRICEFS/CSD/configuration/business requirements/business alignment/design/solution/working with dev team/FDRB/
  • Unofficial testing and assistance in integrated testing (CO, LOG, FI, PROC) and external systems (LIMS, Hexagon?) and system integration testing
  • Documentation management – HPQC Requirements\Solutions, testing strategy with testing team, Smarteam documents management
  • Full data migration process (Present to business, work on cleaning, transformation with local teams, load and data quality checks)
  • BRP with business (preparation and guideline local business) + demo and walkthrough
  • Cutover activity
  • Hypercare

Requirements:

  • 7+years of strong knowledge in SAP PM, a proven track record of successful projects
  • Good knowledge of Plant Maintenance processes – inspections, notifications management, work and maintenance planning, corrective and preventive maintenance, repairs planning and execution.
  • Proficient in creating functional specification documents. 
  • Experience with large-scale, full life cycle implementations,
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Pharma industry-related experience is preferred,
  • Experience in SAP PM  and understanding of the integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules
  • Experience with business process design in plant maintenance area
  • Vast knowledge of processes in the plant maintenance area
  • High business orientation
  • Good technical orientation to deal with process tests and system configuration
  • Self-driven, results-oriented and someone who takes ownership. High external and internal service orientation, initiative, creativity, diligence, and social skills.
  • Must have solid interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver solutions
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Upper-intermediate English – writing, reading, and speaking
