As a Solution Architect for Oracle’s Crowd Twist Loyalty & Engagement platform, you will play a central role in designing and delivering technical solutions that empower some of the world’s leading brands to build profitable, omni-channel customer relationships. In this client-facing position, you will blend your deep product expertise, technical acumen, and account management experience to ensure the successful adoption and optimization of Oracle’s loyalty and analytics technology.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical implementations of the Oracle Crowd Twist platform, ensuring smooth onboarding, integration, and ongoing success for enterprise clients.
- Serve as the primary technical contact, building and maintaining strong client relationships across program leaders and technical stakeholders.
- Gather, analyze, and translate client business requirements into scalable technical solutions leveraging Oracle Crowd Twist.
- Architect and document integration solutions with client platforms and third-party systems using APIs and standard protocols.
- Manage and project lead all technical workstreams for new client implementations, including timelines, deliverables, and ongoing program operations.
- Conduct business and technical reviews, provide optimization recommendations, and align platform usage with client KPIs.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to support upsell/cross-sell opportunities by articulating the business value and technical strengths of Oracle Crowd Twist.
- Provide product feedback to Oracle product management and contribute insights toward the platform roadmap.
- Define and improve repeatable internal processes for onboarding and managing multiple client programs.
- Deliver product demos, presentations, and documentation to educate both internal teams and customers.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or implementation, ideally within SaaS, digital marketing, loyalty, or customer engagement domains.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Track record of managing and delivering complex technical solutions for multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills, with experience handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, adept at engaging stakeholders from line users to C-level executives.
- Experience with API protocols, system integrations, and online marketing technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
- Experience in the IT or cloud technology sector
- Familiarity with omni-channel customer engagement and digital analytics

- Proven ability to develop and nurture client relationships and manage expectations
- Knowledge of Oracle CX Cloud solutions is a plus
