We are looking for an Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant (HCM) for our customer.

Requirements

Skills:

  • Expertise in all Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, Payroll, Digital Assistant for Fusion HCM, and Workforce Management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR business processes, legal and regulatory compliance requirements, and industry-specific best practices.
  • Proficiency in the configuration, customization, and extension of Oracle HCM Cloud, with experience utilizing tools like Application Composer, Page Composer, and Process Composer.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, enabling them to effectively address a wide range of business challenges and propose solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to facilitate active collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear manner to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in translating business requirements into functional specifications, design documents, test plans, and user manuals.
  • Experience and expertise in using data migration, integration, and reporting tools within Oracle HCM Cloud, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Security, including aspects such as role-based access control, data privacy, and data security best practices.
  • Familiarity with change management processes and tools, notably Oracle Cloud Application Composer, as well as demonstrated experience managing the impact of application updates on customizations and extensions.
  • Understanding of various project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, with adaptability to different project environments and client needs.

Experience

  • 5 years+ of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, with at least 3 end-to-end project implementations covering all HR modules.
  • Proven track record of successfully configuring, deploying, and optimizing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for various industries, organization sizes, and regions.
  • Experience working with diverse teams in a global, multicultural, and remote environment, including coordinating and managing resources across different time zones.
  • Proficiency in conducting workshops, training sessions, and change management activities to gather business requirements, drive user adoption, and provide knowledge transfer to clients.
  • Prior experience in executing complex data migration projects, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, as well as developing custom reports, integrations, and data conversion tools.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud release management processes and tools, and track record in managing application updates, patches, and upgrades.
  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud support processes and tools, such as My Oracle Support and Oracle Cloud Customer Connect.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification or other relevant certifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), would be highly regarded..

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
