The company is running now EBS V11.5.10 and is implementing Oracle Cloud – This role is to LEAD the service & Service contracts

Role:

Leading and implementing the Oracle Cloud CX, Subscription Management and CPQ at the client.

In this position, you will be responsible for gathering the business requirements from the client and leading the implementation of the service and service contracts business areas, as part of the implementation team

Core activities will include gathering and understanding the details of the business processes, configuring the system, preparing functional design documents for customizations, testing the customizations, and overall testing.

Requirements

  • Experience of 4 years or more in supporting CX, Subscription Management and CPQ modules in Oracle Cloud – Required
  • Experience of 5 years or more in supporting Oracle CRM Service and Service Contracts modules in Oracle on Prem (Ver 11/12)– Advantage
  • Experience in leading Service implementation in Oracle Fusion Cloud- Required
  • Implementation/support of Oracle application wrote any design of Oracle Application
  • Familiarity with service business processes – Required, in hi-tech companies – preferable
  • Experience in writing functional designs
  • Experience in a global industrial company – an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in development in Oracle – writing queries and scripts in Oracle DB and SQL – advantage
  • Good English level (writing and speaking) – Required
