Join Our Team as a Salesforce Developer

Are you passionate about crafting exceptional digital experiences for global tech and corporate giants? We’re seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to design and develop cutting-edge digital products that redefine the customer journey. The position it’s part-time – for the first time (around 2-3 months (~50% working time), after – possible full-time job/contract B2B.

Responsibilities:

  • Custom Solutions Crafting: Utilize your expertise in Salesforce.com configuration and customization to engineer bespoke solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.
  • Architectural Design: Design robust solutions aligned with business requirements, creating scalable architectures to drive success.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively monitor and resolve issues, ensuring seamless operation and client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration with technical colleagues, ensuring a cohesive approach to project delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Salesforce Proficiency: Bring at least 3 years of development experience on the Salesforce platform, adept in Apex, VisualForce, and the Lightning Component Framework.
  • Messaging Mastery: Proficient in in-app messaging, with a keen understanding of its nuances and applications.
  • Einstein Chatbot Configuration: Ability to configure Einstein chatbots, enhancing customer interactions and user experiences.
  • Web Services Expertise: Experience in web services development or Salesforce API, encompassing REST, SOAP, and Metadata.
  • Customer Engagement: Strong communication skills, adept at articulating and discussing solutions with customers to ensure alignment.
  • Language Proficiency: Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in English, facilitating seamless collaboration in international settings.
  • Innovative Mindset: Exhibit initiative and innovativeness, driving continuous improvement and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certifications: Possession of Salesforce certifications, validating your expertise and commitment to excellence.
  • Web Development Stack: Familiarity with JavaScript, React, Angular, CSS, HTML, SQL, and Java, enriching your toolkit and enabling versatile contributions.
