Customer’s Global Management Information Systems (MIS) team is looking for an RPA Developer who will shape and implement business operational processes using RPA tools.
This position will play an important role in helping the business processes grow to new productivity levels and allow the client’s business to scale through strategic plans, partnerships, and a high level of execution.
Position Overview
The RPA implementor will be responsible for exploring, designing, and automating organizational workflows in meeting its productivity business objectives by continuous effectiveness and striving for operational excellence. The RPA implementor will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams
What you will actually be doing?
- Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
- Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business-impacting projects.
- Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools.
- Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.
- Create process and end-user documentation.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes
The ideal candidate is/has:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of development experience using UIPath RPA tools
- Programming experience in any of the following languages: .Net, Python, Java, JS, or VBScript
- Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects.
- Experience developing and consuming APIs
- Experience with Databases and SQL queries
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods
- Fast learners – Quick to master concepts, disciplines, and methods
- Curious, with the ability and desire to challenge the status quo.
- Creative and brave enough to dive into complicated processes
