We are looking for a Power Apps Developer for our customer an Israeli multinational pharmaceutical company.

The Power Apps Developer will be responsible for creating custom business applications using the Microsoft Power Apps platform. This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, designing user-friendly interfaces, integrating with data sources, and ensuring the successful deployment of the applications. This position is in the digital software development group, this role will help to establish internal capabilities for the design, development, and deployment of a modernized powerApp web application.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements for Power Apps solutions.
  • Design and develop user-friendly and efficient Power Apps applications that meet business needs.
  • Customize and extend standard Power Apps templates to fit specific use cases.
  • Integrate Power Apps with various data sources, including SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and external APIs.
  • Implement data validation and ensure data integrity within Power Apps solutions.
  • Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces to provide optimal user experiences.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Power Apps solutions.
  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure proper deployment and maintenance of Power Apps applications.
  • Provide documentation and training materials for end-users.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in Power Apps and recommend best practices for implementation.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of working experience with Microsoft PowerApps, Flow, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Working experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2010/2013/SPO.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of the Office 365 platform including Azure AD, Azure Data Factory, and other elements of the Azure ecosystem
  • Experience developing PowerApps model-driven apps as per business requirements.
  • A clear understanding of PowerApps formulas and development methods.
  • Basic awareness of any common coding language entities (variables, functions).
  • Basic understanding of SQL or any similar Database.
  • Ability to understand logical linking between different sets of controls and variables.
  • Ability to quickly learn how existing systems operate.
  • Excellent reporting, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Utilize connectors, leverage the AI Builder, design Power BI dashboards, build canvas apps, build Power Apps portals, and leverage Power Automate to create business process flows.
  • Liaising with UI/UX designers and business analysts to design a Power Platform solution.
  • Connect data from different sources like SharePoint, SQL, or Dataverse in PowerApps.
  • Develop flows in Power Automate to automate processes.
  • Migrate apps from a development environment to test to production as per timelines.
  • Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript for advanced customization.
  • Excellent English skills– writing, reading, and speaking
