The Customer’s Enterprise Program is a significant transformation initiative for the customer. It involves implementing consistent, industry-standard business processes supported by integrated systems (SAP-based enterprise solutions) across customer sites worldwide. This large-scale, global program will be implemented in the coming years in over 60 countries and 70 plants!

Responsibilities:

The SAP BI Developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using SAP technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, strong SAP BW and HANA development skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

SAP BI/BW Development:
    – Design, develop, and maintain SAP BW data models and data extraction processes.
    – Implement best practices for data modelling, ETL processes, and reporting in SAP BW.
 SAP HANA Development:
    – Develop and optimize SAP HANA views, stored procedures, and other objects.
    – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HANA data models aligned with business requirements.


Data Integration:
    – Integrate data from various source systems into the SAP BI/BW/HANA environment.
    – Ensure data quality and consistency through effective data governance practices.

Reporting and Analytics:
    – Create and enhance SAP BI/BW reports and dashboards for end-users.
    – Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet their analytical needs.

Performance Optimization:
    – Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP BW and HANA solutions.
    – Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data loads, queries, and system performance.

Documentation:
    – Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, ETL processes, and development activities.
    – Provide training and support to end-users and fellow team members

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as an SAP BI/BW/HANA Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP BW development, including data modelling and ETL processes.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP HANA development, including creating views and stored procedures.
  • Knowledge of SAP analytics tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP Data Intelligence and SAP BusinessObjects tools.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong English communication and collaboration skills.
