Project Description

Senior Oracle Cloud Architect

Cloud Architecture Design: Develop comprehensive cloud architecture designs based on business requirements, considering factors such as scalability, reliability, security, and cost optimization.

Technical Leadership: Led a team of cloud engineers, providing guidance and mentorship in the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud solutions.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements, and translate them into effective cloud solutions.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement Infrastructure as Code methodologies using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources.

Cloud Platform Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in one or more cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, Azure VMs, Azure Functions, Google Compute Engine, Kubernetes, etc.

Security and Compliance: Ensure that cloud architectures adhere to industry best practices for security and compliance, including data encryption, identity and access management (IAM), and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Performance Optimization: Construct continuous monitoring and cloud optimization infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and applications.

Team Leadership and Development: Build, mentor, and lead a diverse team of cloud engineers and architects. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability. Empower team members through regular feedback, skill development opportunities, and career advancement support.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document architectural designs, best practices, and troubleshooting procedures, and share knowledge with team members to foster continuous learning and improvement.

Oracle Fusion ERP and EBS: Build complex integration and developments with Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS across financial and logistics modules

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on leading experience working as an Oracle Cloud architect including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) in a professional setting  + 5 years with other integration platforms – MUST
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in team building, mentoring, and driving projects to successful completion. Experience leading a team of 15 team members.- MUST
  • Proficiency in integration technologies, such as REST, SOAP, FTP, and API management.
  • Understanding in development platforms such as VBCS  – MUST
  • Experience with API management and building RESTful and SOAP-based APIs.
  • A strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Platform and other Oracle SaaS applications (e.g., Oracle Fusion Cloud, HCM, CX) is a plus. – MUST
  • In-depth knowledge of data mapping, transformation, and integration design patterns.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues.
  • Oracle Integration Cloud certifications are preferred (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Architect, Oracle Integration Cloud Certified Specialist).
  • Experience in cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-poem integration
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message queuing systems is a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Good English level (writing and speaking)  – Required
