We are looking for our customer for a Salesforce Developer able to work part-time night shits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Salesforce CRM to align with business requirements, including creating/changing screen layouts, fields, business rules, validations, and workflows.
  • Conduct analysis, administration, troubleshooting, testing, and data environment refreshes.
  • Manage, package, and deploy software releases to all environments using a robust software development lifecycle methodology.
  • Evaluate Salesforce releases and provide assessments for adopting new functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, developers, testers, and business partners.
  • Provide direction to the team, resolve issues, and to offer guidance to team members.
  • Conduct top user training for new functionality.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation.
  • A unique blend of business acumen and strong analytical skills, coupled with a deep technical background in Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Capability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Intermediate to expert proficiency in Salesforce administrative tasks such as creating user profiles, roles, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
  • Knowledge and practical experience with Salesforce tools such as Flow Builder, App Builder, Process Builder, Workflow, etc.
  • Strong understanding and experience with data management, relational database design, SQL/SOQL, data formats, table joins, ETL, etc.

Preferred Skills:

  • SFDC Developer, Consultant, Administrator, or Advanced Administrator Certification.
  • Knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Module.
  • Agile/Scrum background.
