Position Overview: As a Senior Salesforce nCino Implementation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation and adoption of the nCino banking platform for our clients. Leveraging your expertise in Salesforce and nCino, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and customize solutions that meet the unique needs of financial institutions. Your in-depth understanding of banking processes and regulatory requirements will enable you to guide clients through the entire implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead nCino Implementations: Take ownership of end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, data migration, testing, and deployment.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and objectives, and translate them into scalable nCino solutions. Design and configure custom objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet client requirements.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the nCino platform and its integration with Salesforce. Leverage your knowledge of Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components to develop tailored solutions that align with industry best practices.
  • Project Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Create project plans and timelines, allocate resources effectively, and track progress to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and executives. Provide regular project updates, manage expectations, and identify additional opportunities for leveraging the nCino platform.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new nCino platform. Develop user documentation, conduct workshops, and resolve functional and technical issues.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Apply your knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements to design and implement nCino solutions that adhere to industry standards. Incorporate controls and workflows to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the loan lifecycle.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and QA testers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of nCino solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest nCino features, enhancements, and industry trends. Share knowledge and insights with the team to enhance overall delivery excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementations, with specific expertise in nCino implementation projects.
  • nCino Certification: Certified nCino Administrator or nCino Certified Consultant certification is highly desired.
  • Banking and Financial Services Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of banking processes, loan origination, credit analysis, and other financial services operations. Familiarity with regulatory compliance, risk management, and industry best practices in the banking sector.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its integration with nCino. Experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, workflows, reports, and dashboards. Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components is a plus.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to lead implementation projects, define project plans, and manage resources effectively. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical skills to understand complex business requirements and design innovative solutions. Strong problem-solving abilities to address technical and functional challenges during the implementation process.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively. Ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior consultants.
  • Continuous Learning: Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest nCino features, enhancements, and industry trends.
