About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Integration Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of our cutting-edge iPaaS solution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize integrations that support our customers’ dynamic business needs.

Responsibilities:

✅ Customer Integration Support – Maintain and support customer integrations, ensuring high availability and performance.
✅ Integration Design – Analyze business requirements and design tailored integration solutions.
✅ Integration Development – Develop, test, and deploy integrations using the IConduct iPaaS tool, adhering to best practices.
✅ Collaboration – Work closely with R&D and Delivery teams to enhance platform capabilities.
✅ Mentorship – Guide and support Tier 1-2 technical teams on integration-related cases.
✅ Documentation – Maintain comprehensive technical documentation on integrations, processes, and best practices.
✅ Problem-Solving – Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues with strong analytical skills.

What We Expect from You:

✔ Experience:

  • 1+ year with iPaaS/ETL tools or
  • 3+ years in Technical Support roles.
    ✔ Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of HTTP protocol and commercial experience with REST/SOAP web services.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL syntax and practical experience with relational databases.
    ✔ Communication: Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
    ✔ Soft Skills: Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

➕ Basic knowledge of .NET or Python.
➕ Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Priority, etc.).
➕ Familiarity with CI/CD practices and software development processes.
➕ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical fields.
