About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Integration Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of our cutting-edge iPaaS solution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize integrations that support our customers’ dynamic business needs.
Responsibilities:

Customer Integration Support β Maintain and support customer integrations, ensuring high availability and performance.
β
Integration Design β Analyze business requirements and design tailored integration solutions.
β
Integration Development β Develop, test, and deploy integrations using the IConduct iPaaS tool, adhering to best practices.
β
Collaboration β Work closely with R&D and Delivery teams to enhance platform capabilities.
β
Mentorship β Guide and support Tier 1-2 technical teams on integration-related cases.
β
Documentation β Maintain comprehensive technical documentation on integrations, processes, and best practices.
β
Problem-Solving β Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues with strong analytical skills.
What We Expect from You:
β Experience:
- 1+ year with iPaaS/ETL tools or
- 3+ years in Technical Support roles.
β Technical Skills: - Strong understanding of HTTP protocol and commercial experience with REST/SOAP web services.
- Solid knowledge of SQL syntax and practical experience with relational databases.
β Communication: Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
β Soft Skills: Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
β Basic knowledge of .NET or Python.
β Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Priority, etc.).
β Familiarity with CI/CD practices and software development processes.
β Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical fields.
